Another Chung lab baby boy has arrived! Ethan Wang was born on November 14, 2023, weighing 5 lb 13 ounce! Both Ethan and Xiaofang are doing well. Congratulations, Xiaofang and Xinbo! Welcome, Ethan!

Jean-Ju attended the 2023 Biophysical Society’s Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA. She held her presentation entitled “Sperm Flaggelar CATSPER Calcium Channels” on Monday, February 20th.
Farewell Professor Hwang!
Jae has been in the Chung Lab since June of 2016! He has been a core member from the start and will be greatly missed. The lab had a great time celebrating his accomplishments at Bar Pizza. We wish him all the best of luck as he starts his new position at Pusan National University in South Korea!
