To this end, we use CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, biochemistry, cutting-edge super-resolution imaging and other molecular techniques. Experiences in mouse genetics, gametes and embryo manipulation, protein purification, imaging analysis, or cellular and molecular biology, and biophysics are preferred.
