Dr. David Clapham’s seminar at Physiology Department (3/24/2016)
David will visit us on March 24th for Physiology Department seminar. The seminar will be held at 4:00pm in SHM B145. David will give a presentation about "Ion Channels in Cilia".
Our microscope system arrives in seven crates!
Our new toy, Zeiss Elyra PS.1 superresolution microscopy with LSM 710 confocal microscopy just arrived in seven huge crates. Now engineers from Carl Zeiss are helping install this system in our temporary laboratory. Cannot wait to explore microworld with this system.

Postdoctoral Position available in Chung lab at Yale School of Medicine
Postdoctoral position is available in the Chung lab at Yale School of Medicine. We study ion channels and accessory subunits that regulate sperm motility and fertility in mammals. To this end, we use CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, biochemistry, cutting-edge super-resolution imaging and other molecular techniques. Experiences in mouse genetics, gametes and embryo manipulation, protein purification, imaging analysis, or cellular and molecular biology, and biophysics are preferred.
